Delivery and after-sales service

About arrival time

About shipping

About GK/ Statue Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the item, whether pre-order or in-stock. We can't know the exact shipping costs until the model is released, but we estimate that shipping costs may be as expensive as the model itself, or even more expensive. Since the product packaging has not been finalized before shipment, the price is for reference only. In order to compensate for the oversized, remote area, overweight and service fees not included in the result. Our final shipping quotation will be higher. About After-Sales Service

Before the product reaches the buyer, it will go through many transportation procedures and we cannot avoid the collision of packaging.

We will choose the most favorable courier service for delivery, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no bumps during the express delivery. Minor packaging damage is not a reason for return or exchange. Unpacking will affect the secondary sale and will not be accepted.

If the product is damaged or defective, the user agrees to report the above defects to the website within 48 hours after receiving the goods. The website will then determine the best solution. We will not provide services for more than 48 hours;
